"Playa Costa del Sol"
This is one of the most famous and beautiful beaches in El Salvador. There are many restaurants and hotels along the beach where you can pay for a day pass and enjoy delicious fresh seafood and an amazing sunset.

"Volcán Ilamatepec" (Santa Ana)
The Ilamatepec or Santa Ana volcano is one of the most famous places in El Salvador because of the sulfur lake inside the crater. You can see it from far away (we recommend the restaurant Casa 1800) or you can climb it, a challenge not for everyone, but definitely worth it.

"Playa El Tunco"
The most famous surf spot in El Salvador. Visit Surf City, eat delicious food in one of the many restaurants and wait for the incredible sunset. El Tunco is also famous for its nightlife with many bars and restaurants.

"Concepción de Ataco"
A very picturesque town with many craft shops and small cafes. Part of "El camino de las Flores" where you can also visit other beautiful towns.

Day or night, the historic center of San Salvador is a must-see. Here you will find the Cathedral, the National Palace, and the famous New Library, among many other attractions.

In "La puerta del Diablo" or "Devil's Door" you can walk and enjoy the viewpoints, or do extreme sports. It is located in Panchimalco, a beautiful town that you can also visit.

"Golfo de Fonseca"
One of the most impressive views of the Pacific Ocean between El Salvador, Honduras, and Nicaragua. You will have the full experience if you camp out to watch the sunrise from the heights, but you must book in advance.
